Ordered this dress 3 weeks before my wedding and they promised me I would get in time, I paid for express shipping. I messaged them a couple times before my wedding, they kept telling me they will send it out but never did. My wedding was July 25 and now it’s 15 of August and the dress still did not get shipped, they did not respond to my messages regarding getting a refund either. Bad customer service and communication
