Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

please allow 8-10 weeks before you receive your order!

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached and in it's original packaging, including all items you got as a gift, if applicable..

Custom duties and taxes may be charged , and you will have to cover these costs. 

To process your exchange, you must send a written email to vintagerosebyhannah@hotmail.com.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior notification..

You'll be provided with the address the item should be mailed to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost items in the post . You will have to follow this up with your postal service . We provide tracking numbers which are tracked along transit. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
